"Changing The World Through Jewish Unity in Giving. Together, We Are Strong."

A healthy, vibrant family unit instills individuals with the ability to successfully participate and contribute to the larger society.

One People One Heart is a project of the New Seed Foundation. We offer a way to enlarge this vision of familyť bonds through technology.

Our work over the last 16 years has been dedicated specifically to this purpose by designing model programs for children-at-risk (of physical and sexual abuse and neglect) so they could have a warm, nurturing, loving family home.

Model programs from which One People One Heart evolved and takes its inspiration are the "Loving Children's Home", the "Mother-Child Healing Hostel" and the "New Start Hostel".

Our first program, the "Loving Children's Home", was established for girls from extremely abusive families. Each resident became part of the founders family in Tzfat, Israel where they learned new ways to interact with others and healed from the abuse. The "Mother-Child Healing Hostel" was a place where the battered mothers of the girls in the "Loving Children's Home" came to learn basic parenting skills and learn to become supportive mothers to their daughters. The "New Start Hostel" helped young, unwed, pregnant mothers from extremely dysfunctional families and relationships, heal so that they would become capable, loving and supportive mothers to their new infant. The goal has always been to build strong families and community.

Salient components to our success are that in each one of the program residents lived in the founders™ family home and created family with other residents who came from diverse Jewish backgrounds all over the world.

To this day, over 200 past residents of the programs demonstrate a strong sense of family. They consider their fellow residents and the family in which they lived and raised their children as their familyť.

One People One Heart takes this concept to another step. Started during the Hezbollah War, One People One Heart creates a bridge of help and healing, bonding Jews in North America with Jews in Israel.
